Key features of the digital height gauge
Measuring accuracy of ±0.02 mm
A measuring tolerance of two hundredths of a millimetre allows dimensions to be verified in quality control and precise marking out. A reading resolution of 0.01 mm enables readings to one hundredth of a millimetre, meeting the requirements of mechanical workshops and metrology laboratories.
LCD display with dual scale
The liquid crystal LCD display shows results in both metric (mm) and imperial (inch) units, removing the need to convert between them. The scale switching function makes working with technical documentation in different dimensional standards easier.

Use and maintenance
Measuring conditions
Before measuring, make sure the ambient temperature is within the 5-40°C range. The surface of the workpiece and the measuring base should be clean and free from contamination. Placing the gauge firmly on a surface plate eliminates errors caused by incorrect positioning.
Replacing the CR2032 battery
The 3V lithium battery with a capacity of 220 mAh provides long operating life. A low battery indicator on the LCD display shows when replacement is required. CR2032 batteries should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Maintaining the stainless steel body
After use, clean the measuring surfaces of swarf, dust and dirt. The stainless steel body can be wiped with a soft cloth. Storing the device in a case or a dedicated place protects it from mechanical damage.
