Steel hand cutter for precise scoring of ceramic tiles and glass, fitted with double-ended 8 mm cutting wheels. The chrome-plated finish provides corrosion resistance when working in workshop conditions.
Cutting wheels on both sides of the head let you work without having to turn the tool around. The 8 mm diameter ensures stable guidance and even distribution of pressure on the material, which translates into clean cut edges free from chipping.
The YG6X cutting head material is a tungsten carbide alloy characterised by high hardness and wear resistance. The chrome-plated finish additionally protects the tool against corrosion and extends its service life in damp environments.
The compact dimensions of the cutter give you control over the scoring process while retaining sufficient leverage for efficient work. The 120 mm length allows the score line to be guided precisely, including in hard-to-reach places.
Integrated guards protect the cutting edges from mechanical damage during storage and transport. They also protect the user from accidental contact with the sharp parts of the tool.

Mark the cut line on the material before you start. Guide the cutter along the line in a steady movement, keeping the pressure constant. Glass requires only a single pass with suitable pressure. Ceramic tiles may need 2–3 passes depending on the hardness of the glaze. Once scored, the material snaps along the line.
When you have finished, clean the cutting wheels of ceramic or glass dust with a dry brush. The chrome-plated finish needs no special care, but avoid storing the tool in conditions of high humidity. Store the tool with the cutting wheel guards fitted, in a place that is out of reach of children.
Wear safety goggles when cutting glass and ceramic, as fragments may fly off. Work gloves are recommended to protect against cuts from the sharp edges of the material. Do not apply excessive pressure, which may damage the cutting wheels. Use the tool only for its intended purpose – ceramic materials and glass.
