Double open-ended spanner in chrome-plated tool steel for working on 24 mm and 27 mm nuts and bolt heads. Designed for assembly and service work in workshops and industrial settings.
The spanner has two jaws of different sizes (24 mm and 27 mm), so two nut sizes can be worked on without changing tools. This speeds up the job and reduces the number of spanners needed in a tool kit.
Chrome-plated tool steel resists corrosion and mechanical surface damage. The chrome plating increases the durability of the tool in workshop conditions and protects it from rust during storage.
The jaw sizes match the standard nuts used in hydraulic and pneumatic installations and in mechanical structures. The spanner fits metric bolts and nuts manufactured to ISO standards.
The weight of the tool provides good stability when tightening without placing excessive strain on the hand. This weight is the result of a robust steel construction combined with ergonomic use.

Before use, check the size of the nut or bolt head with a vernier calliper or by comparing it against the spanner. The spanner size must match the size of the nut exactly — any play may damage the edges of the nut or the spanner. If in doubt, consult the technical documentation supplied with the equipment being worked on.
Fit the open-ended spanner onto the nut so that both jaws are fully engaged. When tightening, apply force towards the open side of the spanner, which minimises the risk of it slipping. After use, clean the tool and protect it from moisture.
Do not extend the handle of the spanner with pipes or other objects — this may permanently deform the tool. If the jaws become worn (with rounded working edges), replace the spanner, as further use may damage the components being worked on.
