A double open-ended spanner in carbon steel with offset heads in 8 mm and 9 mm sizes. Designed for tightening and loosening hex nuts and bolts in mechanical, assembly and maintenance work.
The two heads in different sizes allow you to work on M5 nuts and bolts (8 mm end) and M6 (9 mm end). This removes the need to keep changing tools during assembly work.
Manufacture from carbon steel provides suitable hardness and mechanical strength. The material resists deformation under load, which protects the working edges and heads of the spanner from damage.
The angle of the heads relative to the shaft makes work in confined spaces easier. This design allows you to reach bolts where square-on access is difficult, extending the spanner's range of applications.
A manufacturer of hand tools and power tools known for products intended for workshop and industrial applications. The open-ended spanner range features standardised dimensions compliant with DIN standards.

The 8 mm end fits M5 nuts and bolt heads, while the 9 mm end handles M6 fasteners. Before starting work, check the size of the bolt head or nut with a vernier calliper or another spanner of known size. Choosing the wrong spanner will damage the edges of the fasteners.
Choose an open-ended spanner whose head fits snugly against every edge of the nut or bolt. Play between the spanner and the fastener rounds off the edges and makes subsequent removal more difficult. When working, pull the spanner towards you rather than pushing it away – this gives you better control over the tool.
After use, clean the spanner of any dirt and protect it from moisture. Carbon steel without an additional protective coating needs to be stored in a dry place. Periodically applying a thin film of oil protects against corrosion and extends the tool's service life.
The 15-degree angle allows work in cycles – after each turn the spanner can be repositioned, which makes tightening possible in places with limited movement. Where a full turn is impossible, the offset heads allow gradual tightening by repeatedly repositioning the spanner.
