Electric AdBlue Pump CPN 230V GEKO G03101
A 330W electric pump designed for pumping AdBlue and other low-viscosity liquids. The kit includes everything required for immediate use, including a flow meter, manual nozzle and suction and delivery hoses.
Technical features
High pumping capacity
A flow rate of up to 40 litres per minute at 2800 rpm allows rapid AdBlue refuelling of goods vehicles and filling of smaller containers. This means that filling a typical 20-litre AdBlue tank takes around 30 seconds.
Complete kit with flow meter
The pump is fitted with a flow meter, allowing precise control of the amount of fluid dispensed. The kit includes all the components needed to get started: a 2m reinforced PVC suction hose, a 4m rubber delivery hose, a manual nozzle, a non-return valve and mounting accessories.
Universal 1" connection
A 1-inch (25.4 mm) connection designed for 19 mm hose ensures compatibility with standard dispensing systems. The hose tails and hose clips supplied with the kit make installation straightforward, with no need to purchase additional parts.
3 bar working pressure
A maximum pressure of 3 bar ensures stable operation when pumping liquids of varying viscosity. This is sufficient for efficient transfer of AdBlue, coolants and petrochemical products over distances of several metres.

Operation and maintenance
Before starting, check that all hose connections are leak-free and that the non-return valve, which prevents the liquid from flowing back, is correctly fitted. The ON/OFF switch allows pumping to be stopped quickly without disconnecting the power supply.
The pump is designed for use with low-viscosity liquids. It must not be used to pump thick liquids, liquids containing solid contaminants or corrosive substances. After working with chemical substances, it is advisable to flush the system with clean water.
The reinforced PVC suction hose offers increased resistance to negative pressure, which prevents it from collapsing during pumping. The 4-metre rubber delivery hose provides flexibility and convenience when dispensing fluid.
AdBlue compatibility
The pump is designed for use with AdBlue (a 32.5% urea solution in demineralised water). The materials used in its construction are resistant to this fluid, ensuring a long service life with regular use.
