The KD10155 is an electric chainsaw chain sharpener designed for resharpening the cutter teeth of petrol and electric chainsaws. This bench-mounted unit with a 750 W motor delivers repeatable, precise sharpening with adjustable cutting angle and grinding depth — without the need to remove the chain from the saw.
Key features
Tilting vice
The vice that holds the chain can be tilted without having to remove and refit it. This shortens the time needed to sharpen successive cutters and reduces the risk of errors caused by incorrect setup.
Sharpening angle adjustment 0–35°
Different types of chain require different cutting angles — usually 25°, 30° or 35°. Stepless adjustment across this range lets you set the sharpener to suit a specific chain without needing separate templates.
Grinding depth stop
A mechanical stop halts the wheel at the set depth, preventing too much material from being removed from the cutter. The result is even sharpening of all teeth without the risk of grinding them below the specified limit.

Operating note
The grinding wheel is a consumable item and wears gradually. Replacing the wheel with a new 100 × 10 × 3.2 mm one is recommended once its diameter has worn down to the point where it can no longer produce a correct grind. Before each use, check the condition of the wheel guard and that the chain is securely clamped in the vice.
