Technical Features
153:1 Planetary Gearbox
A 153:1 ratio means the motor turns 153 times for the drum to complete one full revolution. The gearbox is made from heat-treated steel and ensures the durability of the mechanism under intensive use in off-road conditions.
Automatic Dynamic Brake
The brake built into the drum stops the rope immediately in the event of a power failure or when the control button is released. It prevents uncontrolled rope pay-out under load.
Rope Fairlead System
The fairlead is fitted with four rollers (two vertical, two horizontal) to ensure even spooling of the rope onto the drum and to minimise the risk of jamming or uneven layering.

Use and Maintenance
Mounting and Installation
The winch must be mounted on a stable load-bearing structure (bumper, frame) with holes spaced at 80 mm. The electrical connection to the vehicle's 12V system should be made with cables of a suitable cross-section and protected by a fuse. Before first use, check that the rope is correctly wound onto the drum.
Safe Use Guidelines
Do not exceed the maximum pulling capacity of 1588 kg. Keep a safe distance from the tensioned rope while the winch is operating. Avoid continuous operation beyond the manufacturer's recommendations — intermittent operation allows the motor to cool down. Regularly check the condition of the steel rope for mechanical damage and corrosion.
Maintenance
