A single-sided Euro cylinder designed for mortice locks where keyless operation is required from the inside. The thumbturn fitted on the internal side of the door allows quick locking and unlocking, while the external side is operated with a standard key. Aluminium body, brass mechanism, brushed brass finish.
Product features
Internal thumbturn instead of a key
On the internal side of the door, the cylinder is fitted with a rotating thumbturn that replaces the key. This solution is used wherever quick locking from the inside matters — for example in bathrooms, bedrooms and office rooms requiring privacy.
Aluminium body
The aluminium body combines low weight with mechanical strength. Aluminium does not corrode under normal indoor use, which translates into stable dimensions and a long service life for the cylinder.
Brass cylinder mechanism

How to choose the correct cylinder size
The 30/40G designation means that the external side (with the keyway) measures 30 mm from the centre of the cylinder, while the internal side (with the thumbturn) measures 40 mm. The letter "G" indicates the thumbturn on the internal side. Before buying, measure the distance from the centre of the cylinder hole to the edge of the door on both sides and compare with these values. A cylinder that is too short will not fit correctly, while one that is too long will protrude beyond the lock faceplate.
