A 6 cm decorating filling knife designed for applying filler and skim coat, and for removing old coatings. Its compact size allows precise work in narrow spaces and on finishes that require attention to detail.
The compact blade size allows work in confined areas – along skirting boards, in corners, and around sockets and switches. This width enables controlled application of filler while maintaining work rate.
The handle design provides a secure grip during prolonged filling work. The balanced tool reduces strain on the wrist, which matters during hours of filling and smoothing surfaces.
The steel blade provides the right rigidity for applying filler and the flexibility needed for smoothing. The smooth surface of the steel minimises scratching and makes it easier to spread the material in an even layer.
The tool is suitable for working with gypsum, acrylic and cement-based fillers, and for removing old paint coatings. It can be used both for minor repairs and for full finishing work.

Before starting to fill, make sure the blade is clean and free from dried filler residue. The blade should be smooth – any burrs can be removed by light sanding. Checking the condition of the tool before use prevents scratches on freshly applied filler.
Immediately after finishing work, remove filler residue from the blade – preferably with a damp cloth or under running water. Dried filler can be scraped off with another tool, taking care not to damage the blade surface. Regular cleaning extends the life of the filling knife and keeps it in good working order for future jobs.
Store the filling knife in a dry place, away from sources of moisture. The blade should be protected from mechanical damage – contact with hard objects can cause bending or chipping. Proper storage prevents corrosion and preserves the working parameters of the tool.
