Abrasive disc with overlapping coated abrasive cloth segments, designed for working metals and wood with angle grinders. The flap construction gradually exposes fresh abrasive grain as you work.
P120 is a versatile grit for medium-grade work. It removes marks left by coarser discs and prepares the surface for painting or finishing. Suitable for deburring, rust removal and sanding weld seams.
Abrasive cloth segments arranged radially around the disc. The flexible construction follows the profile of the workpiece, which reduces the risk of sanding through and allows precise work on edges and radii.
This figure defines the safe rotational speed of the disc. Before fitting, check that the grinder does not exceed this limit. Exceeding the maximum speed can damage the disc and poses a risk to the user.
The standard bore for 125 mm angle grinders. Before purchase, verify the spindle diameter of your tool. If it does not match, reducing rings are required.

Before fitting the disc, inspect it visually for cracks, deformation or damaged segments. Make sure the disc's maximum speed is equal to or higher than the rotational speed of the grinder.
The disc is fitted with a locking nut and clamping flanges. Tighten the nut in the direction of the grinder's rotation to prevent it working loose during use.
Recommended working angle: 15–30 degrees to the workpiece. Avoid excessive pressure, which shortens disc life and reduces efficiency. Change the contact point regularly so the segments wear evenly.
Store discs in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with chemicals that could weaken the bond between segments.
