A flat flap disc, 115 mm in diameter with P120 grit, designed for direct mounting on angle grinders. The construction is based on an epoxy resin body that bonds the abrasive cloth flaps, ensuring durability during intensive grinding work.
P120 grit sits between coarse grinding and finish grinding. It removes marks left by coarser discs effectively, leaving a surface ready for further finishing or direct painting.
Using epoxy resin as the binder that holds the flaps together provides resistance to impact and vibration during operation. This construction is lighter than traditional metal designs, which reduces the load on the grinder's bearings and gives greater control while working.
The disc works directly with the angle grinder spindle, with no need for an additional backing pad. This simplifies fitting and changing the accessory while reducing the overall thickness of the assembly, which makes it easier to reach awkward spots.
The cloth backing of the flaps combines flexibility with strength, allowing the disc to follow surface irregularities. This prevents deep scratches and makes it possible to grind both flat surfaces and slightly rounded edges.

P120 grit is used for intermediate finishing work. For coarse grinding, choose P40–P80 grits, while for finishing work use P180–P320. Before starting work, make sure that the disc diameter matches the maximum diameter of the accessories approved for the grinder in question.
Before mounting, check the condition of the grinder's guard and make sure that the clamping nut is tightened to the correct torque. During work, the flap disc should be held at an angle of 10–30 degrees to the surface being worked, avoiding excessive pressure, which can lead to premature wear of the flaps.
The disc requires no special maintenance. Store it in a dry place, protected from moisture and mechanical damage. Once work is finished, it is worth cleaning dust from the grinder, as dust can affect the service life of the tool's bearings.
Always wear safety goggles, work gloves and a dust mask when grinding. When working with non-ferrous metals and certain plastics, adequate ventilation of the work area is recommended, as harmful dusts may be released.
