Flat-head screwdriver with a 250 mm shaft and an 8 mm tip, made from CrV 6150 chrome vanadium steel. A general-purpose tool with a magnetised tip and an ergonomic polypropylene handle, designed for driving and removing slotted-head screws.
The chrome vanadium alloy delivers hardness of 52-58 HRC, which translates into resistance to twisting and bending when working with hard materials. CrV 6150 steel offers greater strength than standard tool steels.
The 8 mm tip width matches screws with a slot diameter of 6-8 mm. Magnetising the tip makes it easier to hold screws in place during assembly in hard-to-reach places and prevents small fasteners from dropping off the end of the tool.
The extended shaft allows you to work in deep holes and recesses where standard screwdrivers cannot reach. The 250 mm length provides sufficient leverage to generate higher torque when loosening seized screws.
Polypropylene (PP) is resistant to the chemicals, oils and solvents used in workshops. The material provides a secure grip even with damp hands and does not slip when turning under load.

An 8 mm tip is suitable for screws with a slot width of 6-8 mm. A tip that is too narrow may damage the screw slot, while one that is too wide will not provide a secure grip. Before starting work, check that the tip fills the full width of the screw head slot exactly.
After use, clean the screwdriver of dirt and dry it. The satin finish on the shaft provides basic protection against corrosion, but in damp environments the steel surface should be treated periodically with an anti-corrosion product. Never use the screwdriver as a lever or a chisel.
When using the screwdriver, wear protective gloves, particularly when loosening seized fasteners. Make sure the tip is correctly seated in the screw slot before applying force. Working with the tool requires the workpiece to be positioned securely to prevent the tip from slipping.
