A folding transport trolley with a durable plastic platform, designed for moving loads of up to 150 kg in warehouses, production halls and retail premises.
Features of the VOREL 87600 platform trolley
Folding design with a locking system
The handle is made from 30 mm diameter tubing and folds via a simple locking mechanism. It is released by pressing the lock by hand or foot. Once folded, the trolley takes up minimal space, making it easy to store in confined areas.
Four-wheel running gear with steering
Two rear swivel castors provide manoeuvrability in tight spaces. Two fixed front castors ensure directional stability during transport. The castors, made from polypropylene (PP) and polyurethane (PU), combine abrasion resistance with quiet operation.
Plastic platform with a carry handle
The thick plastic platform withstands point loads and evenly distributed loads of up to 150 kg. An integrated handle in the platform allows the trolley to be carried in the folded position without additional tools.
Compact dimensions with a 150 kg load capacity
The 72 × 47 cm working surface accommodates standard EUR pallets in the transverse orientation, as well as boxes up to 60 × 40 cm. A working height of 82 cm provides a comfortable position for the operator when pushing.

Use and maintenance
Unfolding and folding the trolley
Before use, release the folding mechanism, press the lock and raise the handle to the vertical position until it clicks into place. When work is finished, press the lock again and lower the handle to the horizontal position. The maximum load capacity of 150 kg must not be exceeded.
Distributing the load on the platform
Loads should be distributed evenly across the entire surface of the platform. When transporting tall items, the centre of gravity should be as low as possible. Avoid transporting loads that protrude more than 10 cm beyond the edges of the platform.
Maintaining the castors and the folding mechanism
The castors should be checked periodically for tread wear and freedom of rotation. The handle locking mechanism requires occasional lubrication with technical grease. Clean the platform with a damp cloth, avoiding strong solvents that may damage the plastic.
