G30008 GEKO Plasterboard Bit Holder
A bit holder designed for precise screwdriving into plasterboard. Fitted with a steel stop ring and a depth adjustment mechanism, it prevents damage to board surfaces during installation.
Technical features
Steel stop ring
The metal stop prevents the screw from being driven in too deep and damaging the outer layer of the plasterboard. It keeps the surface even, with no dents that would need filling later.
Screw depth adjustment
The mechanism allows the screwdriving depth to be set precisely. The screw is set just below the board surface, which makes finishing easier with no risk of tearing the paper layer.
Pressure spring
An internal spring automatically presses against the board during screwdriving, stabilising the holder's position against the surface. It reduces vibration and improves control over the installation process.
Quick bit changes
Compatibility with a quick-change system allows bits to be swapped instantly without additional tools. It shortens working time on installations that require different screw types.

Use and maintenance
Fitting in a drill/driver chuck
The holder should be fitted in the chuck of a drill/driver or cordless screwdriver. Before starting work, adjust the screwdriving depth by testing on a test section of board. The screw should be set approximately 1 mm below the surface, without tearing the paper layer.
Maintenance
After finishing work, remove plaster dust from the stop ring and the spring mechanism. It is worth periodically checking the condition of the pressure spring and the smooth operation of the depth adjustment. Avoid operating with a jammed adjustment mechanism.
