Workshop crane with a hydraulic lifting mechanism and a telescopic jib featuring 4-position reach adjustment. The unit can lift loads from 500 kg to 2000 kg, depending on how far the jib is extended.
The crane operates in four configurations: with the jib at 1050 mm the lifting capacity is 2000 kg, at 1230 mm – 1500 kg, at 1410 mm – 1000 kg, and at the maximum reach of 1590 mm – 500 kg. This setup follows the principles of leverage and ensures safe operation at every jib position.
The manual hydraulic pump allows smooth lifting of the load without electrical power. Lowering is controlled by a release valve, allowing heavy components to be lowered in a controlled and safe manner.
The crane base has two leg spacing settings: 425 mm and 850 mm. The narrower setting makes manoeuvring in confined spaces easier, while the wider setting provides greater stability when lifting heavier loads.
When folded, the crane reduces in size from 1650 x 1500 x 1050 mm to 800 x 1500 x 650 mm, making it easier to store in a workshop with limited space. The 6-wheel system allows the unit to be moved easily.

Before starting work, estimate the weight of the component being lifted. For car engines weighing up to 200 kg, the maximum jib reach can be used. When lifting complete drivetrain assemblies (500-800 kg), it is recommended to set the jib at 1410 mm or 1230 mm. For the heaviest components – such as lorry engines or industrial machinery – the jib should be shortened to the minimum (1050 mm) and the legs set to the maximum width of 850 mm.
Before each use, check the hydraulic system – no oil leaks, correct operation of the release valve and smooth movement of the piston. The crane must stand on level, firm ground. During lifting, the load must be correctly attached to the hook – the use of ropes or chains with a suitable load capacity is mandatory.
Do not exceed the permissible lifting capacity for the given jib position. Moving the crane with a raised load is only possible over short distances and at low speeds. Regular maintenance includes lubricating the moving parts, checking the hydraulic oil level and inspecting the condition of the wheels.
The crane is not designed for lifting people. During operation, keep a safe distance from the load being lifted. If any irregularities in the operation of the hydraulic mechanism are noticed, stop work immediately and have the unit inspected.
