A stationary securing device designed to stabilise the motorcycle's front wheel during transport. The system is permanently mounted to the ground and holds the vehicle securely in an upright position.
The 14-22 inch range covers most road, sports, cruiser and touring motorcycles. The chock's design adapts to different tyre widths without the need for additional adapters.
The system requires permanent fixing to the ground using anchor bolts. Permanent installation eliminates the risk of the chock shifting while in transit, which is crucial for transport safety.
The chock secures the front wheel, preventing the motorcycle from tipping sideways. The design holds the vehicle upright without the need to support the handlebars or use the side stand.
The design is suitable for mounting in transport trailers, cargo vans, loading platforms and garages. It requires a surface with adequate strength for dynamic loads.

The motorcycle wheel size is stated on the side of the tyre in a three-digit format, e.g. 120/70-17, where the last number (17) indicates the rim diameter in inches. The G02169 chock accommodates wheels from 14 to 22 inches, covering standard road, sports and touring motorcycles as well as some cruiser models. Before purchasing, verify the size of the vehicle's front tyre.
Installing the chock requires drilling mounting holes in the ground and using suitable anchor bolts. The ground must be made of a material with sufficient strength – a steel plate at least 3 mm thick is recommended, or a wooden floor reinforced with metal plates. When mounting in a trailer, the load distribution must be taken into account and the chock positioned to ensure balance during transport.
When placing the motorcycle in the chock, wheel the vehicle straight ahead until the front wheel enters the guides. The chock's design centres the wheel automatically and prevents it from shifting. Additional securing of the motorcycle with transport straps attached to the rear of the frame is recommended, ensuring full stability while in transit.
The chock should be checked regularly for loose mounting bolts, especially after the first few uses. Metal components can be protected with an anti-corrosion agent, particularly when used in conditions exposed to moisture. Contact surfaces with the tyre should be cleaned periodically to remove rubber debris.
