GEKO G10902 Cash Box – metal, with key lock and compartment insert
A metal office cash box designed for the secure storage of cash, documents and small valuables. Fitted with a key-locking mechanism and an internal insert with eight compartments for sorting banknotes and coins.
Key features
Metal construction
The metal housing provides durability and basic protection for the contents against damage. The robust construction ensures stability during everyday use in an office, shop or customer service point.
Key lock
The key-locking mechanism protects the contents from unauthorised access. Two identical keys are included – one for everyday use and one spare. A solution proven in office and retail applications.
Compartment insert
The plastic insert contains 8 separate compartments for sorting cash by denomination. Four larger compartments (73 × 62 × 30 mm) for banknotes and four smaller ones (73 × 43 × 30 mm) for coins or small items.
Carry handle
The integrated handle makes it easy to carry the cash box between workstations or to a safe. Its ergonomic shape ensures comfortable carrying even with a full load of cash.

Use and maintenance
Safe use guidelines
The cash box is a basic security measure – it is not a substitute for a safe or strongroom. After the working day, the contents should be moved to a certified safe. Keys should be stored separately from the cash box, in a place inaccessible to unauthorised persons. Before first use, check that the lock mechanism operates correctly and label the spare keys.
Maintenance
The metal housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The lock mechanism does not require oiling – excess oil can attract dust and hinder operation. The plastic insert should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent the build-up of dust and dirt.
