A repair kit for refurbishing the rotary nozzle in Kärcher K2-K5 pressure washers. It contains all the structural components needed to restore the rotary nozzle to full working order.

Compatibility with the Kärcher standard

Checking compatibility
The kit fits Kärcher pressure washers from the K2, K3, K4 and K5 series. Before buying, check that the lance has a 1/4" Quick Connect thread – this is standard on most Kärcher models made after 2010. Older models may require an adapter.
Use and maintenance
Before fitting the repair kit, thoroughly clean limescale and dirt from the lance. The internal components must be handled carefully – avoid dropping them and contact with sharp tools.
After assembly, carry out a test run at low pressure, gradually increasing it to the operating level. The rotary mechanism should be flushed regularly with clean water after use, particularly after cleaning heavily soiled surfaces.
Before the winter season, drain the nozzle completely and dry it out, or use an antifreeze designed for pressure washers. Frozen water can damage both the housing and the internal mechanism.
Diagnosing rotary nozzle faults
Signs that repair is needed: loss of jet rotation, drop in water pressure, uneven spray pattern, water leaking from the housing, unusual noises during operation. If the nozzle shows any of these symptoms, replacing the components with the repair kit will restore it to working order.
