An angle grinder with a 1200 W motor, designed for tasks that require precise speed control. The model features 6-speed variable speed control and an additional handle that can be mounted in 3 positions, which expands the tool's range of applications in different working conditions.
6-speed adjustment across the 3000-12000 rpm range lets you match the working parameters to the type of material and the operation being carried out. Lower speeds are used for grinding soft metals and plastics, higher speeds for cutting steel and concrete.
The side handle can be fitted in three positions, allowing the working setup to be adapted to the cutting or grinding angle. This improves control of the tool when working in hard-to-reach places.
The spindle lock mechanism makes disc changes easier without the need for additional holding tools. It shortens the time needed to prepare the tool when switching between operations.
The gear housing is made of cast aluminium, which helps dissipate heat from the drive system. The metal head is more resistant to mechanical damage than plastic designs.

The tool works with discs of 125 mm diameter and a 22 mm bore. The M14 spindle thread allows discs to be fitted with either a quick-release or a standard nut. Before buying a disc, check its maximum permissible speed – for this model the maximum is 12000 rpm, which corresponds to a peripheral speed of approximately 78 m/s with a 125 mm disc.
The following items are supplied with the grinder to get you started:
Protection class II means the tool has double electrical insulation and does not require earthing. The replaceable carbon brushes should be checked every 50 hours of intensive use – worn brushes can cause a loss of power and motor sparking.
The adjustable disc guard should be set according to the direction of work – the closed side of the guard should face the operator. Always disconnect the tool from the power supply before changing a disc.
The lower speed ranges (3000-6000 rpm) are used for grinding aluminium, stainless steel and plastics – this limits overheating of the material. The mid ranges (6000-9000 rpm) are suitable for most grinding work. The maximum speeds (9000-12000 rpm) are used for cutting concrete, stone and structural steel.
