The GEKO G81292 ultrasonic cleaner is a workshop machine built for cleaning components where contamination settles in crevices, threads and channels that lie beyond the reach of a brush or compressed air. A 10-litre SUS304 stainless steel tank, 250 W of ultrasonic power and heating of the cleaning fluid to 80°C make it possible to strip grease, deposits and service contamination from many types of part at once.
The ultrasonic transducers create cavitation in the cleaning fluid — microscopic bubbles that implode at the surface of the part being cleaned, mechanically lifting contamination away. The 40 kHz frequency is the workshop standard, delivering effective cleaning of metal, plastics and ceramics without the risk of damaging the material structure.
The 10-litre capacity allows larger assemblies, or many small parts at once, to be cleaned — cutting the time needed to service carburettors, cylinder heads or sets of bolts. SUS304 stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and copes well with the cleaning solutions used in ultrasonic cleaners.
A warm bath lowers the viscosity of grease and softens dried-on deposits, which makes cavitation more effective. Temperature control lets you match the setting to the type of contamination and the material of the part being cleaned — lower values for heat-sensitive plastics, higher ones for heavy oil deposits.
Separate time and temperature controls allow the operating parameters to be set precisely. The timer prevents parts from being exposed to cavitation for too long, which matters when cleaning more delicate surfaces or plated coatings.
The basket holds parts clear of the tank floor, removing the risk of them knocking against the walls and making them easier to lift out once the cycle is complete. The stainless steel lid limits evaporation of the fluid, reduces heat loss and cuts splashing while the machine is running.
Side handles make it easier to carry the filled tank. Rubber feet keep the machine from sliding across the worktop during operation, when ultrasonic vibration is transferred to the housing.

The G81292 ultrasonic cleaner comes into its own wherever contamination settles in areas that conventional cleaning methods cannot reach:
Ultrasonic cleaners use aqueous solutions of dedicated cleaning agents (ultrasonic cleaner concentrates), diluted washing-up liquid or isopropanol. The fluid should be matched to the material of the part being cleaned and to the type of contamination. Flammable organic solvents are not recommended unless the work area is suitably protected.
