Occupational PVC wellington boots with a 38 cm shaft, certified to ISO 20347:2021. The design provides watertightness, oil resistance and increased safety on slippery surfaces.
The upper and sole are injection-moulded from polyvinyl chloride. The material provides complete watertightness and chemical resistance to oils and moisture. The one-piece construction eliminates the risk of leaks at joints.
A polyamide knit inside the shaft wicks moisture away and increases comfort during prolonged use. The material is quick-drying and abrasion-resistant.
The OB marking confirms compliance with the basic requirements for occupational footwear. CI – cold insulation of the sole, FO – diesel oil resistance, SR – dual slip resistance test (ceramic tile with NaLS solution and glycerol).
The below-knee shaft protects against water and mud when working in deep puddles, on flooded ground or when washing down surfaces. It prevents liquids from getting inside.

ISO 20347:2021 – the international standard specifying requirements for occupational footwear (footwear without a protective toecap).
OB – the basic category of occupational footwear. It requires the sole to resist slipping on ceramic tiles coated with sodium lauryl sulphate solution (wet soapy surface test).
CI (Cold Insulation) – insulation of the sole against cold. The sole limits the transfer of cold from ground at -17°C, which prevents feet from getting cold when working in cold stores or outdoors in winter.
FO (Fuel Oil resistance) – resistance of the sole to diesel oil. The material does not degrade on contact with fuels and oils and retains its mechanical properties.
SR (Slip Resistance) – dual slip resistance. Tested on ceramic tiles with glycerol (a greasy substance) and with NaLS solution (a soapy substance). It confirms the effectiveness of the tread in different conditions.
Before first use, check the boots for watertightness by filling them with water and watching for a few minutes. After work, rinse the boots with clean water, removing mud and organic contamination. Dry at room temperature away from heat sources – PVC loses its elasticity at high temperatures.
Avoid storing them for long periods in places exposed to direct UV radiation, which accelerates the ageing of the material. Check the condition of the sole periodically – a worn tread loses its slip-resistant properties.
If they come into contact with chemicals other than oils (e.g. acids, alkalis), check their compatibility with PVC in the safety data sheets. Not all compounds are neutral to this material.
