Glass & Tile Vacuum Suction Lifter KD10739 — Kraft&Dele
A twin-cup vacuum suction lifter with an eccentric cam clamp, designed for lifting and positioning smooth-surfaced items. The 500 mm steel-and-rubber construction allows heavy tiles, glass panes and sheets of up to 100 kg to be handled safely.
Tool features
Eccentric cam clamp
The eccentric mechanism locks the suction cups firmly onto the surface quickly and reliably, with no additional tools required. The clamp lever generates even pressure of the rubber against the surface, reducing the risk of accidental release while lifting.
Two 150 mm rubber cups
The larger contact area, compared with single-cup lifters, improves grip and spreads the load across two points. The 150 mm cups are designed for flat materials — glass, laminate, sheet metal and tiles.
Steel support frame
The steel frame keeps the structure rigid under a full load of up to 100 kg. The central metal handle provides a firm grip with one or two hands while carrying heavy items.
500 mm working length
The 500 mm spacing between the cups suits items of moderate width — typical large-format tile sizes, window panes or sheets of metal. Before buying, it is worth measuring the width of the item to be lifted and checking that it fits within the cup spacing.
Conditions for effective operation
Vacuum suction cups work only on smooth, non-porous surfaces — glass, tiles, polished metal or laminate. On porous, matt or dust- and moisture-covered surfaces, the grip is significantly reduced. Before every use, clean both the rubber cup and the surface being lifted.

Use and maintenance
Check the condition of the rubber cups before every use — cracks, deformation or hardening of the rubber reduce the grip and can lead to an uncontrolled release of the item being lifted. Clean the rubber regularly with a damp cloth, avoiding aggressive solvents that may speed up its degradation.
When work is finished, store the suction lifter in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Prolonged exposure to UV causes the rubber to harden and lose its flexibility, which directly affects safety in use.
The tool is intended solely for work carried out by at least two people when handling items close to the maximum load. Do not exceed the stated load of 100 kg.
