Yato YT-07110 grease gun adaptor set - 7 pieces
A complete set of adaptors and grease couplers designed for use with manual and pneumatic grease guns. It allows lubrication points to be reached in a range of mounting configurations, including where working space is restricted.
Features of the grease gun adaptor set
Grease gun quick coupler
The quick-fit system allows couplers to be swapped in seconds without tools. The connector forms a tight seal with the grease gun, eliminating the risk of grease leaking during use. Compatible with most standard workshop grease guns.
90-degree angle adaptor
Allows grease to be delivered to lubrication points set at right angles to the access axis. Used when greasing joints, bearings and mechanisms in confined spaces where a standard straight coupler cannot reach.
380 mm extension hose
The flexible hose extends the working reach of the grease gun by 380 mm. It allows lubrication points set deep within a machine's structure to be reached without removing guards or other components.
360-degree swivel adaptor
A swivel connector that lets the coupler be set at any angle. It makes it easier to position the grease nozzle precisely in relation to the lubrication point, particularly when working with nipples set at unusual angles.

The YT-07110 set contains seven different components for specific lubrication tasks:
Rubber membrane coupler
A soft seal pressed against the surface to be lubricated forms a sealed chamber. Used for greasing ball joints, pins and other points without a grease nipple. The membrane prevents grease from splashing and forces it under the dust cover.
Metal nozzle coupler
A rigid coupler with a small outside diameter for precise grease dispensing. Used for greasing bearings, precision mechanisms and points that require a controlled amount of lubricant.

Use and selection of couplers
Choosing the right coupler depends on the type of lubrication point. Metric or imperial grease nipples are served by the metal nozzle coupler, which pushes into the nipple opening and forms a tight seal. Where there is no nipple, a rubber membrane coupler is used, pressed against the surface of the dust cover.
The 90-degree angle adaptor is used where the lubrication point is positioned so that straight access is impossible. The extension hose is fitted for deeply recessed lubrication points, for example inside vehicle chassis rails or inside mechanism housings.
The 360-degree swivel adaptor allows the coupler to be freely positioned without having to turn the whole grease gun. A useful solution when working with lubrication points set at various angles in a confined space.
Checking compatibility
Before buying the set, check the type of connector on your grease gun. The quick coupler system is standardised, but older grease gun models may need an additional threaded adaptor. The diameter of the metal nozzles should match the size of the grease nipples on the equipment being serviced.
