A flat wrecking bar made from fully hardened carbon steel, designed for demolition, renovation and construction work. The tool features two functional ends and is protected with a powder coating.
The hardening process covers the full length of the tool, which increases surface hardness and resistance to bending. Hardened carbon steel retains its springiness under heavy loads, preventing permanent deformation when prising up heavy components.
The flat, sharpened end is used for prising up boards, panels and other components and for breaking up materials. The bent end with a slot allows effective nail-pulling by leverage, which increases force and precision during dismantling.
The 450 mm length provides adequate leverage while remaining manoeuvrable in confined spaces. The 6 mm thickness and 35 mm width guarantee structural rigidity when prising, without the risk of the tool bending.
Powder coating creates an even protective layer that shields the steel against corrosion in damp conditions. The coating increases the tool's durability when working outdoors and in contact with moisture.

When prising, position the bar at the correct angle to make use of the leverage effect. When pulling nails, place a piece of wood under the bar to increase leverage and protect the work surface. Do not use the bar as a hammer-driven chisel, as this may damage the hardened structure.
After finishing work, clean the bar of material residue and dirt. If the powder coating is scratched, protect the exposed metal with an anti-corrosion agent. Store the tool in a dry place to prevent corrosion. Regularly checking the condition of the ends allows mechanical damage to be detected early.
