Hot melt glue in stick form, 11.2 mm in diameter and 200 mm long, for use with hot glue guns. The pack contains 1 kg of clear glue, intended for bonding a wide range of materials in assembly, craft and repair work.
Hot melt glue characteristics
11.2 mm diameter – the professional standard
The 11.2 mm diameter is the most popular size of hot melt glue stick, compatible with most professional and semi-professional glue guns. Before buying, check the inlet diameter of your glue gun – the standard sizes are 7 mm and 11–12 mm.
200 mm length – working efficiency
200 mm sticks allow longer working without the need to change the stick frequently. One kilogram contains around 35–40 sticks, which is enough for many bonds in a single working session.
A clear glue line
Once set, the glue remains clear and transparent, so joints on light-coloured materials stay discreet and neat. The glue line does not change colour over time, does not yellow and does not discolour under the influence of light.
Universal adhesion
The glue formulation bonds both porous materials (paper, card, wood, fabric) and non-porous materials (plastics, leather). It requires no surface priming and takes effect immediately after application and setting.

Use and maintenance
Preparation before use
Before starting, heat the glue gun for 3–5 minutes to its working temperature (usually 160–180°C). Surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free of grease. Apply the glue immediately after squeezing it from the gun, while it is still fluid.
Setting time and strength
Hot melt glue sets within 30–60 seconds and reaches full strength after 2–3 minutes. The bond is durable at temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. Above 80°C the glue may soften again, which should be taken into account in applications exposed to high temperatures.
Storage
Store the glue sticks in a dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The product has no defined expiry date, but it is recommended to use it within 2 years of purchase to maintain optimum adhesive properties.
