HVLP Spray Gun 600 ml — Kraft&Dele KD2090
The KD2090 is an HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray gun made from aluminium alloy and designed for the spray application of paints, lacquers and wood preservatives. The 1.2 mm nozzle and adjustable flow settings allow the tool's performance to be matched precisely to the material being used and the substrate.

HVLP technology
The HVLP system operates at low outlet pressure at the nozzle, which means less material is dispersed into the air and the paint is deposited more effectively on the surface. The result is reduced material loss and less overspray in the workplace compared with conventional high-pressure spray guns.
1.2 mm nozzle
A 1.2 mm nozzle is suitable for materials of medium and low viscosity — lacquers, topcoats, wood stains and preservatives. Applying primers or higher-viscosity materials requires a larger nozzle, which this model does not include.
Two adjusters — air and fluid
Independent adjustment of the air flow and the amount of paint delivered allows the spray parameters to be matched to a specific material and type of surface. The spray pattern width can be set between 160–230 mm, so the gun can be used both on small details and on larger flat surfaces.
Aluminium alloy body
Using aluminium alloy instead of plastics increases the tool's mechanical durability and its resistance to contact with solvents. At 1.3 kg, the weight is typical for spray guns in this class, which reduces hand fatigue during longer work.

Compressor requirements
An air consumption of 325 l/min requires a compressor with a free air delivery of at least 350–400 l/min (actual, not rated). Compressors with a lower output will not maintain a stable working pressure in the 3.0–5.0 bar range, which directly affects spray quality and the evenness of the coating. Check the specifications of your compressor before purchase.

Use and maintenance
After each use, flush the spray gun with a solvent suited to the material used — water for water-based paints, or an organic solvent for solvent-based lacquers and paints. Paint residue left in the nozzle and needle passages leads to irregular spraying and permanent damage to the precision components.
Before filling the cup, dilute the material as required and strain it through a paint strainer. Paint that is too thick causes uneven delivery and blocks the 1.2 mm nozzle. The viscosity of the material should fall within the range recommended by the paint manufacturer for HVLP spray guns.
Lubricate the needle and seals periodically with air tool oil. Store the spray gun in a dry place with the cup emptied and flushed.
