A maximum working load of 15,000 kg allows vans, small trucks and heavy machinery to be lifted safely. The load rating refers to the total weight of the item being lifted, provided the weight is distributed evenly across the jack's surface.
232 mm lifting stroke
A lifting range from 230 mm to 462 mm gives a working stroke of 232 mm. The minimum height of 230 mm allows the jack to be positioned under low-slung vehicles, while the maximum height of 462 mm is sufficient for most servicing and diagnostic work.
Hydraulic valve system
A precision metering valve controls the flow of hydraulic oil, ensuring smooth lifting and controlled lowering of the load. A safety valve protects against overload, automatically blocking the pump once the maximum working pressure is reached.

Operation and safety guidelines
Preparation before use
Before starting work, check the hydraulic oil level in the reservoir and the condition of all connections. The jack must be placed on a hard, level surface with adequate load-bearing capacity. The working area should be clean, free from oil or other substances that reduce grip.
Positioning of jacking points
Loads must only be supported at the jacking points specified by the vehicle or machine manufacturer. The weight must be distributed evenly across the jack's surface. Lifting loads heavier than 15 tonnes or with an uneven weight distribution is not permitted.
Securing the lifted load
Once the vehicle or machine has been raised to the required height, additional mechanical supports (axle stands, jack stands) must be put in place immediately. A hydraulic jack is intended for lifting only and must not be used as a permanent support while working underneath the vehicle.
Hydraulic system maintenance
Regularly check the hydraulic connections for leaks and inspect the condition of the seals. The hydraulic oil should be changed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The safety valve is set at the factory and does not require adjustment - any tampering may cause it to lose its protective function.
