Hydraulic bottle jack with a 6-tonne capacity, designed for lifting goods vehicles, industrial machinery and other heavy objects. The bottle jack design provides stability when working with large point loads.
A maximum working load of 6,000 kg allows the safe lifting of vans, goods vehicles with a GVW of up to 3.5 tonnes, and medium-sized industrial machinery. This parameter defines the maximum vertical force applied to the jack head.
A minimum height of 188 mm allows the jack to be positioned under vehicles with standard ground clearance. The maximum hydraulic stroke of 360 mm raises the load by 172 mm. An additional screw adjustment in the head extends the range by a further 60 mm, giving a total range of up to 420 mm.
The 34 mm piston diameter provides a suitable ratio of force to lifting speed. A larger diameter means faster lifting with less pumping effort, but requires a greater volume of hydraulic oil in the system.
An integrated safety valve allows the load to be lowered in a controlled manner. The mechanism prevents a sudden drop in pressure and ensures precise positioning when lowering a vehicle or machine.

Before use, check the hydraulic oil level in the reservoir and make sure the jack base stands on firm, level ground. The jack head must be centred on the lifting point of the vehicle or machine. The maximum load of 6 tonnes refers to a vertical force – side loads are not permitted.
Lifting is carried out by pumping the hydraulic handle. Once the maximum hydraulic stroke (360 mm) has been reached, the additional screw extension in the head can be used, which increases the height by a further 60 mm. Lowering is carried out by slowly opening the release valve.
The hydraulic oil level should be checked regularly and topped up in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The piston should be cleaned after each use and protected against corrosion. Storing the jack in the collapsed position (piston retracted) extends the service life of the hydraulic seals.
