A pack of 50 impact screwdriver bits in S2 steel with a Torx T50 profile. The 8x30 mm dimensions make them compatible with impact drivers and drill drivers fitted with a 1/4" hex chuck.
The construction is designed for use with impact tools and absorbs shock and vibration. The special internal design reduces the risk of cracking during intensive work with high-torque impact drivers.
S2 tool steel has a hardness of 58-62 HRC, which translates into resistance to twisting and abrasion. This material is the standard for bits intended for professional use under impact loads.
The six-point star profile provides a larger contact area with the screw than a cross-head (Phillips) profile. This minimises the risk of slipping and damaging the screw recess, particularly at high tightening torques.
The large number of bits in the pack ensures long-term use without the need for frequent repeat purchases. An economical solution for workshops, service centres and intensive assembly work that requires worn bits to be replaced regularly.

Bits with a 1/4" shank fit all screwdrivers, drills and impact drivers fitted with a standard hex chuck. The 30 mm length allows work in areas with limited access while maintaining stability during driving.
Impact bits differ from standard bits in their internal construction and heat treatment process. The special heat treatment of S2 steel creates a structure with increased flexibility in the core while retaining a hard working surface. Standard chrome vanadium (CrV) steel bits are harder but more brittle – when used with impact drivers they may crack or crumble at the tips.
Impact bits also have a modified internal profile that absorbs impact energy. In practice, this means that at the same intensity of use an impact bit will last 3-5 times longer than a standard bit. The difference is particularly noticeable when driving long screws into hard materials or removing corroded fasteners.
Before starting work, check that the bit size matches the screw profile. A poor fit leads to rapid wear of both the bit and the screw recess. Push the bit fully home into the driver chuck – any play can cause vibration and premature wear.
During use, keep the axis of the bit perpendicular to the screw surface. Working at an angle increases point loading and accelerates profile wear. After work, clean dust and swarf from the bits with compressed air. Storing them in a dry place prevents corrosion, which weakens the steel structure.
The bit must be replaced when rounding of the profile edges, cracks or deformation are visible. A worn bit slips in the screw recess and can damage its profile, which will make later removal impossible. Regular inspection of bit condition prevents problems during work.
