A circular saw blade with tungsten carbide tips (TCT) designed for cutting softwood, hardwood, densified laminated wood, chipboard and blockboard. The 30-tooth version balances cutting speed against surface quality. It fits popular angle grinders and circular saws with a 20 mm bore.
Technical features
Tungsten carbide teeth (TCT)
The tooth tips are made from tungsten carbide, which is many times harder than hardened steel. As a result, the blade stays sharp for considerably longer than tool steel blades, which reduces the need for frequent replacement or sharpening.
Heat-resistant steel body
The body material has been selected to minimise thermal distortion during intensive use. A distorted body causes vibration and uneven cuts — the stable geometry of the blade has a direct effect on the quality of the cut edge.
30 teeth — a compromise between speed and quality
Blades with fewer teeth (e.g. 20–24T) cut faster but leave a rough edge. 60T blades work more slowly but produce a smooth finish. The 30T version is well suited to general woodworking, where a decent cut quality is required while maintaining a reasonable speed.
Reducing rings included
The set includes reducing rings that allow the blade to be fitted to spindles with diameters other than the standard 20 mm. Before buying, check the spindle diameter of the saw or angle grinder you intend to use.

How do I check compatibility with my tool?
Compare three parameters: the blade diameter (125 mm) with the maximum blade diameter permitted for the saw or grinder, the bore (20 mm) with the spindle diameter of the tool, and the maximum speed of the tool with the blade's permitted limit (6000 rpm). The tool's speed must not exceed the value marked on the blade.

Use and maintenance
Before fitting the blade, make sure the tool is disconnected from the power supply. Fit the blade in the direction of the arrow on the body — fitting it the wrong way round risks kickback. After use, clean resin and sawdust off the blade — accumulated deposits increase cutting resistance and heat build-up. Use resin remover or acetone for cleaning.
Take the blade out of service if the body is cracked, if carbide tips are missing or if there are visible geometric distortions. Working with a damaged blade risks it shattering.
