TCT Circular Saw Blade 210 mm / 32 mm — Kraft&Dele KD1027
Circular saw blade with tungsten carbide (HM/TCT) tips, designed for cutting softwood, hardwood, chipboard, joinery panels and laminated densified wood. The 36-tooth geometry provides a balance between cutting speed and the quality of the cut surface.
Technical features
Tungsten carbide (HM) tips
The cutting teeth are tipped with tungsten carbide and additionally hardened. Tungsten carbide is many times harder than tool steel, which translates directly into the durability of the cutting edge and the number of cuts between resharpenings.
Heat-resistant steel blade body
The blade body is made from steel with increased resistance to thermal deformation. During intensive work the blade retains its flatness and geometric stability, which reduces the risk of the cut drifting and of saw vibration.
36 teeth — a balance between speed and finish
The number of teeth determines the character of the cut. Blades with fewer teeth (20–24T) cut faster but leave heavier tear-out. A 36T blade delivers a smooth cut with noticeably less edge splintering — it is suitable for both fast cross-cutting and ripping.
32 mm bore with reducing rings
The standard 32 mm bore fits table saws and mitre saws of this class. The supplied reducing rings allow the blade to be fitted to arbors of smaller diameter, increasing compatibility with different machines.

Machine compatibility
Before fitting, check three parameters of the saw: the maximum permitted blade diameter (min. 210 mm), the arbor diameter (32 mm, or smaller when the reducing rings are used) and the maximum arbor speed (must not exceed 7,500 rpm). A 210 mm blade is a common size on table saws and semi-professional mitre saws.
Use and maintenance
After every work session it is worth cleaning resin and accumulated sawdust from the blade teeth — these deposits increase cutting resistance and speed up blunting of the tips. Specialist saw blade cleaning fluids or acetone are used for cleaning. The blade can be reconditioned by resharpening the tungsten carbide tips, a service carried out by specialist sharpening workshops.
During use, guards and personal protective equipment must be used in accordance with the operating instructions for the saw. The stated maximum speed of 7,500 rpm must not be exceeded.
