250 mm Swivel Bench Vice with Anvil KD1105
The KD1105 bench vice is a workshop tool with a swivel base and an integrated anvil, designed for the secure, long-lasting clamping of workpieces. The body is made of cast steel and the jaws of alloy tool steel — a construction built for intensive use in metalworking, mechanical and automotive workshops.

Alloy tool steel jaws
The jaw material has been selected for its resistance to abrasion and plastic deformation. The high hardness of the working surface translates into a firm, reliable grip on workpieces without the risk of damaging the jaw faces under high clamping forces.
360° swivel base
The base allows the vice body to be rotated in the horizontal plane, so the orientation of the clamped workpiece can be changed without unbolting the vice from the bench. A useful feature for multi-face machining and welding.
Integrated anvil
The anvil at the rear of the body provides an additional working surface for straightening, shaping and light hammering of metal components directly at the workbench.
Factory-applied anti-corrosion protection

Resistance to cracking

Choosing the right vice size

Use and maintenance
The lead screw thread requires periodic lubrication with machine or graphite grease, particularly under intensive use. Regular lubrication prevents the mechanism from seizing and keeps operation smooth. After working with metals prone to corrosion (e.g. wet or rusty steel), it is advisable to clean the jaws and working surfaces and apply a thin layer of protective oil to the exposed metal surfaces of the body.
The vice is mounted to the workbench with bolts through the holes in the base. The bench should be sufficiently heavy and stable — for vices with a jaw width of 250 mm, a wooden worktop should be at least 60–80 mm thick, or a steel worktop used.
