Kraft&Dele KD1590 Laminate Flooring Cutter
A manual cutter designed for cutting laminate flooring up to 12 mm thick. The tool runs without a power supply and produces no dust, so finishing work can be carried out directly in the room being renovated — even without access to a mains socket.
Tool features
Dust-free cutting
Unlike circular saws and angle grinders, a cutter does not break the material up — the blade shears through the panel. No dust or chips are produced, which removes the need to protect the room and clean up after cutting.
No power supply required
The cutting mechanism is driven by the operator's downward force. The tool can be used where there is no access to power — on building sites, in premises being renovated, and outside a building.
680 mm base with mounting holes
The long base provides stable support for the panel during cutting. The holes in the base allow an angle bracket to be fitted, which makes repeatable square cross-cuts easier.
Blade design that reduces the risk of cuts
The geometry of the cutting blade limits exposure to the working edge during normal use. This matters when repeatedly moving and positioning panels during floor installation.

Panel compatibility
The KD1590 cutter is designed for laminate flooring up to 12 mm thick — a standard that covers most AC3–AC5 panels available on the market. Before buying, check the panel thickness stated by the flooring manufacturer (a parameter given in mm on the packaging or in the product data sheet). The cutter is not designed for cutting SPC/WPC vinyl flooring, wooden boards or OSB boards.
