The certification defines the levels of protection against mechanical hazards. The 2132X rating indicates: abrasion resistance (level 2 of 4), cut resistance (level 1 of 5), tear resistance (level 3 of 4) and puncture resistance (level 2 of 4). Goatskin

How to read the EN 388 standard
The 2132X rating consists of four digits indicating, in order: abrasion, cut, tear and puncture. A higher number means better protection in that category. The letter X indicates that the test in that category was not carried out or does not apply. In the case of the G73529 model, the gloves provide moderate abrasion and puncture protection and enhanced tear protection, which makes them suitable for assembly work with no risk of contact with sharp objects.

Use and care

Store in a dry place away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Moisture can cause the leather to harden, and excessive heat can cause it to crack. Check the condition of the hook and loop regularly — worn hook and loop reduces the effectiveness of the fastening.
Limitations of use
The gloves are not intended for work involving a risk of contact with sharp cutting tools (low cut resistance - level 1). They do not protect against chemicals, high temperatures or electrical hazards. In the event of visible mechanical damage, the gloves should be replaced with new ones.
