YATO YT-81823 20W LED Floodlight – Outdoor SMD LED Light 1800lm IP65
A slim LED floodlight fitted with SMD LEDs, rated at 20W with a light output of 1800 lumens. The aluminium construction carries an IP65 ingress protection rating, guarding against dust and water jets and allowing outdoor installation in all weather conditions.

At 20W, the floodlight produces 1800 lumens, giving an efficacy of 90 lm/W. This figure describes the actual amount of light emitted by the source and determines how bright the illuminated area will be – 1800 lm is enough to light an area of approximately 18-25 m² under standard outdoor lighting requirements.
IP65 ingress protection for outdoor use
An IP65 rating means complete protection against dust ingress (first digit 6) and protection against water jets at a rate of 12.5 l/min from any direction (second digit 5). The floodlight can be mounted on the outside of buildings without risk of damage from rain, snow or dust.

Installation and use of the outdoor floodlight
The YATO YT-81823 LED floodlight must be connected to the 230V mains by a qualified electrician. The 20 cm power cable should be connected to the electrical installation using connectors or a terminal block inside a junction box with a suitable IP rating.
Installation recommendations
The floodlight should be mounted on a stable surface using the mounting bracket. The bracket allows the tilt angle to be adjusted so that the beam can be directed onto the required area. For outdoor installation, check that the power cable is run through protective conduit or a cable duct to guard against mechanical damage.
Maintenance and operation
The LEDs do not need to be replaced during operation. Periodic cleaning of the glass lens to remove dust and dirt using water with a little glass cleaner will maintain full light output. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning. The floodlight contains no user-serviceable parts.
