Morse-type locking pliers with extended jaws, fitted with a self-locking lower jaw mechanism. Designed for clamping and holding workpieces where a high clamping force is required without the need to keep squeezing by hand.
The lower jaw is fitted with a self-locking system that locks the grip automatically once pressure is applied. This removes the need to keep squeezing by hand, so you can work with other tools while the workpiece is held in place.
The adjustable jaw opening lets you match the tool to the thickness of the workpiece. This allows you to work on items of different sizes without having to change tools.
The quick-release lever opens the jaws instantly with a single movement. This shortens working time and makes the tool easier to handle in confined spaces.
This steel alloy with added chromium and vanadium offers increased hardness and wear resistance. The material keeps the jaws durable even under intensive use in workshop conditions.

Before clamping, set the adjustment screw so that the jaws are slightly wider than the thickness of the workpiece. Once pressure is applied, the self-locking mechanism adjusts itself to the item automatically. A setting that is too loose can cause the tool to slip, while one that is too tight makes the pliers difficult to fit.
Before first use, check that the self-locking mechanism and the release lever work correctly. Regularly cleaning dust and dirt from the moving parts and periodically lubricating the pivot points extends the service life of the tool.
After use, the pliers should be stored in the released position, with no tension in the mechanism. Avoid overloading the tool by clamping items that exceed the permitted jaw opening range.
