Long Reach Hose Clip Pliers – Kraft&Dele KD10098
A tool designed for removing spring hose clips from rubber hoses in cooling, fuel and air conditioning systems. The long control cable allows work in deeply recessed, hard-to-reach areas of the engine bay without the need to strip down additional components.
Tool features
690 mm control cable
A cable length of 690 mm allows spring clips positioned deep in the engine bay to be reached — where standard short pliers simply cannot get to. It removes the need to strip down housings and covers to gain access to the joint.
Chrome-molybdenum steel (Cr-Mo)
Chrome-molybdenum steels offer higher hardness and greater resistance to deformation than carbon steel. In hand tools this translates into a longer service life for the working tips and retention of the pliers' geometry over repeated use.
Non-slip handle coating
The coating applied to the handle improves grip during workshop use, when hands may be contaminated with oil or coolant. It reduces the risk of the tool slipping when releasing a tensioned clip.
For use with spring clips
The tool is designed exclusively for spring clips, which must be squeezed before removal. It is not intended for cutting or fitting metal clips tightened by screw. Before purchase, identify the type of clips fitted to the vehicle being repaired.
