Torx key with an extended shaft, made from chrome vanadium steel. A tool designed for use with screws and bolts featuring a T30 star recess.
The six-lobed star profile provides a larger contact area with the screw recess than standard hex keys. This design minimises the risk of damaging the recess and allows higher torques to be transmitted. Size T30 corresponds to an outer diameter of approximately 5.52 mm.
CrV material is characterised by increased hardness and wear resistance. The addition of chromium increases corrosion resistance, while vanadium improves mechanical strength. This combination guarantees long-term service life even under intensive use.
The long working arm allows access to screws located in recesses, mounting holes and other hard-to-reach places. This solution is particularly useful for service work in electronics, automotive and precision engineering.
The angled shape allows the tool to be used in two configurations: the short arm provides greater torque when loosening seized fasteners, while the long arm allows faster manipulation during assembly and disassembly.

The Torx T30 profile fits screws marked T30 or TX30. Before starting work, check that the key fits the recess without play – play can damage the screw profile. If in doubt, use a Torx gauge or compare with another key of a known size.
When using the key, make sure the tool is fully seated in the screw recess. Incomplete seating can damage both the key and the fastener. After use, clean the tool of contaminants and protect it from moisture.
Chrome vanadium steel is corrosion resistant, but prolonged contact with water or aggressive chemicals can degrade the surface. In a workshop environment, keys should be stored in a dry place, ideally in dedicated organisers or tool cases.
