A hydraulic low profile trolley jack designed for lifting passenger cars and light commercial vehicles weighing up to 2500 kg. Its construction from pressed steel formed into reinforcing profiles allows work at a minimum ground clearance of 70 mm — making it suitable for sports and lowered vehicles.
The jack frame is made from steel formed into special profiles that increase rigidity and resistance to twisting under full load. This technology delivers high strength while keeping the weight of the unit relatively low.
A minimum working height of 70 mm lets you slide the jack under vehicles with lowered suspension or side skirts. The maximum lift of 610 mm provides enough room to work freely under the vehicle when changing wheels or inspecting the running gear.
A release valve combined with an overload safety valve prevents overloading of the hydraulic system. When the load exceeds the rated capacity, the valve automatically stops any further lifting — protecting both the unit and the operator.
The set of castors allows the jack to be manoeuvred freely under the vehicle without lifting it. This is particularly useful when positioning the saddle precisely under the jacking point specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
Before use, measure the ground clearance at the intended jacking point — it must be at least 70 mm. The jacking point should be the one specified in the vehicle handbook (usually marked as a reinforced sill or chassis rail). The vehicle weight must not exceed 2500 kg.

Before every use, check the hydraulic oil level and make sure the release valve is fully closed. The jack must be positioned on a hard, level surface — using it on unstable or sloping ground is not permitted. Once the vehicle is raised, axle stands should be used as additional support, as a hydraulic jack is not designed to hold a vehicle up for extended periods.
Storing the jack in a horizontal position in a place protected from moisture extends the service life of the hydraulic seals. If oil leaks are noticed or the lifting arm lowers incorrectly, the jack must be inspected before further use.
