Operation and safety at work
Safe operating rules
Before starting work, check the technical condition of the compressor, in particular the integrity of the threads and the retaining hooks. The spring must be secured symmetrically at no fewer than three points. Compression is carried out gradually, alternately tightening the screws on opposite sides. Exceeding the maximum load capacity and using the tool for purposes other than spring compression are prohibited.
Pre-use inspection
Before each use, check the following: the condition of the spindle threads, the absence of cracks in structural components, correct operation of the retaining hooks and the absence of any signs of plastic deformation. If damage is found, the tool must not be used until the damaged components have been repaired or replaced.
Tool maintenance
After finishing work, clean the compressor of dirt, lubricate the threads with maintenance grease and check the condition of the moving parts.
