Features of the YATO magnetic parts tray
Encased neodymium magnet
A strong magnet encapsulated in plastic holds screws, nuts, washers and other steel parts. The design prevents the magnet from coming into direct contact with painted surfaces, eliminating the risk of scratches when working on bodywork or painted machine parts.
Plastic housing

Use and maintenance
Cleaning the magnetic surface

Magnetic limitations
The tray attracts steel and iron parts only. It does not work on aluminium, brass, copper, titanium or austenitic steels (some stainless grades). Before starting work it is worth checking whether the parts are magnetic.
Storage
The product should be stored away from electronic devices, magnetic cards and data storage media. A strong magnetic field can damage electronics or erase magnetically stored data.
