Manual Oil Transfer Pump YT-07115 YATO
A manual oil transfer pump with an aluminium construction, designed for pumping engine, gear and industrial oils. The device enables fast fluid transfer where there is no access to a power supply.
Technical features
Flow rate of 21 litres per minute
A parameter defining the volume of oil transferred per minute during a full working cycle. It allows the contents of a standard 20-litre container to be transferred in approximately one minute of continuous pumping.
Delivery head of 5 metres
The maximum difference in level over which the pump transports oil from the pumping point to the destination. It allows oil to be pumped from floor level into tanks located at a height of up to 5 metres.
Suction depth of 3 metres
The maximum vertical distance from which the pump draws fluid. An important parameter when working with containers positioned below the working level or when emptying underground tanks.
Aluminium construction

Use and maintenance
Preparation for use
Before first use, check the tightness of the hose connections and flush the pumping system with clean oil. Make sure that the suction hose reaches the bottom of the oil container and that the delivery hose is directed into the destination tank.
Operation during pumping
Maintain an even pumping rate to keep the flow constant. Avoid running the pump dry – always start work with the suction hose immersed in oil. Monitor the fluid level in the destination tank to prevent overfilling.
Cleaning after use
After finishing work, pump a small quantity of engine oil through the system to remove any residue. Store upright with the hoses disconnected. Regularly check the condition of the seals and moving parts.
Fluid compatibility
The pump is designed for oils with a viscosity similar to engine and gear oils. Do not use with corrosive or chemically aggressive substances, or with fluids containing solid particles that may damage the pumping system.
