Use and maintenance

Dispensing with the scoop
The supplied 950 ml scoop has a hook that allows it to be hung inside the bin. This prevents the scoop from being mislaid and limits contact with external contaminants.
Cleaning and disinfection
Polypropylene and polycarbonate can be cleaned with standard disinfectants used in the catering industry. Rounded internal corners eliminate hard-to-reach areas where product residues could accumulate.
Storage under the worktop
