Mounted flap wheel designed for working curved, concave and cylindrical surfaces. The shank-mounted design allows it to be fitted to drills and straight grinders.
A P80 grit (approximately 201 µm) used for removing larger imperfections, preparing surfaces for further work and sanding wood, non-ferrous metals and plastics. It leaves visible sanding marks that require finishing with a finer grit.
The 6 mm diameter shank is compatible with drill chucks, straight grinders and flexible shafts. It provides a secure fit and safe operation at high speeds.
The 80 mm diameter and 40 mm flap height allow larger surfaces to be worked and provide access to recesses, grooves and components with complex geometry. The large working area speeds up the grinding process.
Synthetic resin bonds the abrasive grains and gives the flaps flexibility, allowing them to conform to the shape of the surface being worked. Resistant to the high temperatures generated during grinding.

Before fitting, check that the drill or grinder accepts Ø6 mm shanks and that its maximum speed does not exceed 9550 rpm. Exceeding the permitted speed can damage the wheel and pose a risk to the operator.
Before starting work, make sure the wheel is correctly secured in the chuck and shows no signs of damage. Eye protection and a dust mask are recommended during grinding.
Do not apply excessive pressure to the wheel – the weight of the tool and light pressure are sufficient for effective work. Too much pressure shortens the life of the wheel and reduces the quality of the finish.
After use, clean dust from the wheel with compressed air, which extends its service life. Store in a dry place, away from sources of moisture.
