A cleaning brush with nylon bristles designed for fitting in drills, drill drivers and die grinders. The wheel design with a shank allows access to hard-to-reach areas.

Nylon filaments deliver effective cleaning while reducing the risk of scratching the surface. The material is abrasion-resistant and stays flexible in use.
Wheel design
With the bristles set at right angles to the shank axis, the brush cleans walls, edges and areas that an end brush cannot reach. It performs well when working along corners and grooves.
6 mm shank

Use and maintenance
Fitting and safety
Before fitting the brush, make sure the tool is switched off. Insert the shank into the chuck to a depth of at least 20 mm. Wear safety glasses and gloves while working — flying particles of debris can be hazardous.
Speed control
The power tool should be set to a speed not exceeding 4,500 rpm. Most cordless drills and drill drivers run within this range, but it is worth checking the specification of the drive unit before starting.
Bristle wear
With use, the nylon filaments become shorter and weaker. Replace the brush when the bristles lose their spring or when the working diameter has decreased by around 20–30%. Working with a worn brush reduces cleaning efficiency.
