The KD4081 is an oil-free compressor with a 24-litre tank, designed to power pneumatic tools in a workshop, garage or on a building site. The oil-free piston pump removes the need for oil changes and reduces the risk of contaminating the compressed air, which matters for painting and precision work.

How to check compatibility with a pneumatic tool
Before connecting a tool, compare its required working pressure (given in the tool's manual) with the compressor's working pressure (8 bar). The tool's air consumption in l/min should not exceed the compressor's output — otherwise the tank will empty faster than the compressor can refill it, which leads to interruptions in work. Air line fittings should be matched to the standard used by the tool set (most commonly BSP 1/4").
Use and maintenance
After each working session, drain the condensed water from the tank through the drain valve — water collecting in the tank accelerates internal corrosion and shortens the service life of the unit. The moisture trap with pressure regulator should be checked regularly for contamination. The oil-free pump does not require an oil change, but after the number of operating hours specified in the manual it is worth checking the condition of the piston seals.
The compressor should be operated at ambient temperatures from +5°C to +40°C. Storing it in a damp or unheated room in winter can lead to water condensing in the tank — before starting the unit up again, dry the tank by opening the drain valve.
