A professional O-ring seal set for applications involving contact with oil, fuel and other aggressive substances. It contains 225 pieces in 18 different sizes, stored in a practical compartmented box.
A material resistant to oils, petrol, acids and other chemicals. It retains its sealing properties even during prolonged contact with aggressive media, ensuring durable connections in hydraulic and fuel systems.
A design resistant to abrasion, high pressure and elevated temperatures. These parameters are important in applications where the O-ring is subjected to mechanical and thermal loads, such as in engines, pumps or air conditioning systems.
18 different dimensions (inner diameter × thickness) from 3×1 mm to 22×2 mm make it possible to match a seal to most standard connections. The smaller sizes are supplied in greater quantities (20 pieces each), reflecting their more frequent wear.
A closable plastic box with compartments makes sorting and storage easier. Each size sits in a separate compartment, which speeds up identification and prevents the pieces from mixing during transport.

When choosing an O-ring, measure the inner diameter of the groove or shaft on which the ring will be seated. The thickness of the O-ring should be selected so that once fitted it is compressed by around 10–25% of its thickness – this ensures optimum sealing without placing excessive stress on the material. If in doubt, check the equipment manufacturer's specification or compare with the worn component.
Before fitting the O-ring, thoroughly clean the contact surfaces of dirt, old grease and residues of the previous seal. Lightly lubricating the O-ring with silicone grease or a grease suitable for the medium concerned is recommended – this makes fitting easier and improves sealing. Avoid fitting with sharp tools, which may damage the surface of the ring.
Store unused O-rings in the original box, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Rubber material may lose its elasticity over time under the influence of UV and high temperature, so proper storage conditions extend the service life of the spares.
