A professional ozone generator designed for disinfection and odour neutralisation in residential and office spaces, as well as in vehicles. The unit produces ozone through the electrical conversion of atmospheric oxygen, enabling the effective elimination of microorganisms and odour particles.
This parameter specifies the amount of ozone produced per hour. A value of 28 g/h means the unit is suitable for ozonating rooms with a volume of up to 280 m³, which corresponds to an area of approximately 80–100 m² at a standard height of 2.8 m. Higher output means less time is needed for effective disinfection.
A mechanical timer lets you set the length of the ozonation cycle from 5 to 60 minutes in 5-minute increments. Once the set time has elapsed, the unit switches off automatically, which prevents excessive ozone concentrations and makes it easy to plan the disinfection process without supervision.
A power draw of 110 W ensures stable operation of the corona discharge generator responsible for synthesising ozone. This translates into an operating cost of approximately PLN 0.03–0.04 per hour at average electricity prices.
Standard 230V AC / 50Hz mains voltage eliminates the need for transformers or external power supplies. The unit plugs directly into a mains socket, which simplifies installation and transport between locations.
| Model | G02666 |
| Ozone output | 28,000 mg/h |
| Timer range | 5–60 minutes (in 5-minute increments) |
| Rated power | 110 W |
| Supply voltage | 230V AC / 50Hz |
| Ozone generation method | Corona discharge |
| Device type | Stationary ozone generator |
At working concentrations, ozone is toxic to humans and animals. No people, animals or plants may be present in the room while the generator is running. The permissible airborne ozone concentration for an 8-hour exposure is 0.1 mg/m³ – a value many times lower than that produced by the unit during operation.
Before starting the unit, clear the room of people and animals. Set the timer according to the room volume (as a guide, 1 minute per 5 m³). After the cycle ends, wait at least 30–60 minutes, then ventilate the room for 15–20 minutes. Ozone breaks down naturally into oxygen within 30–40 minutes; ventilation speeds up the process.
After every 20–30 hours of operation, clean deposits from the ozone generator plates. Disconnect the unit from the mains, remove the housing and gently wipe the ceramic plates with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water or solvents. Contaminated plates reduce ozone generation efficiency and may cause an unpleasant burning smell.
| Room up to 30 m³ | 5–10 minutes |
| Room 30–60 m³ | 10–20 minutes |
| Room 60–100 m³ | 20–30 minutes |
| Room 100–150 m³ | 30–45 minutes |
| Room over 150 m³ | 45–60 minutes or two cycles |
| Car interior | 10–15 minutes |
The times given are approximate. With strong odours or heavy microbial contamination, it may be necessary to extend the time or repeat the cycle after ventilating the room.
