Professional rectangular paint scuttle made from polypropylene. The 12-litre capacity is sufficient for working with rollers up to 25 cm wide.
The rectangular shape allows the roller grid to sit securely. The wide base prevents the scuttle from tipping over when working with a roller. Optimum geometry for rollers up to 25 cm wide.
The moulded ribs on one of the inner walls take the place of a roller grid. The ribbed structure removes excess paint from the roller, which prevents dripping and allows the working surface to be loaded evenly.
The litre scale allows paint, primer or thinner to be measured precisely. Useful when mixing components in specific proportions and for monitoring material consumption.
The moulded spout makes it easy to pour leftover paint back into the tin without spilling. A particularly useful feature when recovering unused material after finishing work.

Polypropylene is chemically resistant to water-based solvents and most paints. It does not react with acrylic or latex emulsions or with oil-based paints. The material is resistant to cracking on impact and retains its flexibility at temperatures from -10°C to +80°C.
Before first use, rinse the scuttle with water. The measuring scale allows precise measuring — for thick paints, filling to 2/3 of the volume is recommended, which prevents spillage when working with a roller.
The roll-off ribs work effectively when the roller is drawn from the bottom upwards with light pressure. The ribbed structure removes excess paint, which then runs back into the scuttle.
After finishing work, remove any paint residue with a scraper, then rinse the scuttle with water and detergent. Solvent-based paints require cleaning with a suitable thinner. Dried paint is removed mechanically or with a paint stripper.
The rectangular shape of the scuttle allows roller grids up to 24 cm wide to be used. A roller grid removes paint from the roller more effectively than the moulded ribs, particularly with high-viscosity paints. Roller grids are available as separate accessories.
