Polyurethane texture roller for decorative plaster, designed for creating finishes that imitate natural stone. The tool allows repeatable patterns to be applied quickly to plastered surfaces.
The material is resistant to abrasion and repeated cleaning. Polyurethane retains the pattern shape even after intensive use, which ensures a consistent texture across the entire surface. It can be cleaned with water immediately after finishing work.
The 230 mm working width allows large wall areas to be covered efficiently while maintaining control over the tool. The 70 mm diameter ensures the correct depth of the embossed pattern and a comfortable grip during work.
The surface relief of the roller replicates the irregular structure of natural stone. The deep relief creates distinct ridges and hollows in the fresh plaster, which once dry produce a three-dimensional texture.
The roller can be used on further finishing projects once it has been thoroughly cleaned of residual plaster. The durability of the material allows repeated use without any loss of pattern sharpness.

Before using the pattern roller, apply a layer of decorative plaster 2–4 mm thick. The mix should have a consistency that allows the pattern to be embossed without smearing. Guide the roller evenly from top to bottom or horizontally, maintaining constant pressure.
The roller is used on freshly applied decorative plaster with a paste-like consistency. Before starting work, it is worth dampening the roller surface with water so that the mix does not adhere excessively to the polyurethane. The tool should be guided smoothly, at a uniform speed across the entire surface.
Cleaning should be carried out immediately after finishing work, before the plaster mix sets. Rinse the roller under running water, removing residual material from the recesses of the pattern. A soft brush can be used to clean the structure thoroughly. After washing, leave the roller to dry in a horizontal position.
When embossing the pattern, the roller should overlap the previous strip by around 1–2 cm to avoid visible joins. Along wall edges and corners, the pattern can be completed using small brushes or texture sponges. Working time depends on the setting speed of the plaster used – usually 15–30 minutes per batch.
